We are walking distance to nearly everything - whether it be to great eats, downtown Toronto, the Annex, University of Toronto, Ryerson, the AGO, the ROM, Kensington Market, streetcars, subways and more, it's all near our home.
We offer one beautiful suite with a private entrance, free parking and wi-fi and luxury touches. It is also equipped with amenities such as an in-suite washer/dryer, dishwasher and large screen cable tv.

This stunning 1000 square foot apartment features a wonderful combination of historical character and modern design. You will have the entire main floor and the suite comes equipped with a gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, wood burning fireplace, a private deck with BBQ and access to the back yard.

The neighbourhood
Little Italy/the Annex is considered one of Toronto's great neighbourhoods. Incredible walkability to most destinations, and a vibrant food scene right at your front door - we are close to Little Italy, Chinatown, Koreatown, or upscale Yorkville.
Getting around
We are close to all forms of TTC (streetcars, subways) for ease of getting around.
